RETURN WINDOW You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

ITEM CONDITION To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN To initiate a return, please email us at mizrahiselic91@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at mizrahiselic91@hotmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and resolve the issue promptly at no additional charge to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale or clearance items, intimates and swimwear, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item (subject to our return policy above) and place a new order for the item you want.
