At AURAGRID, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@auragrid.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AURAGRID is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@auragrid.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order for the item you want.
