Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is estimated at 8–18 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Possible Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or customs processing. AURAGRID is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. AURAGRID is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@auragrid.shop. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
